Our innovative specialist teams bring extensive knowledge in specific critical areas of an operator’s business and are essential to our customer’s success. These teams consist of: Dietitians, Marketing Specialists, Corporate Chefs, Small and Large Equipment Specialists, Service Technicians and a Janitorial Team.

Merchandising

Merchandising responsibilities are divided into two roles. Buyers are responsible for inventory replenishment, accurate costing, special orders and on-time deliveries. Category Marketing Managers work closely with the customers, sales force, and the vendor community. Each day our teams study market trends and conditions and make purchasing decisions based on insights paired with their years of experience.

Accounting

The Accounting staff handles our corporate finances as well as coordinating credit, invoicing and payments for our customer accounts. In addition to handling day-to-day transactions, our team builds innovative solutions to create efficiencies for Martin Bros. as well as our customers.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources team is responsible for managing payroll, benefits and more for our team of over 600 employees. They’re a key part of why Martin Bros. has been rated as one of the best workplaces in Iowa!
